Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Lead application design, development, and optimization activities for systems to align with business strategies. Identify technical requirements, including analyzing and documenting user requirements, system requirements, and coordinating testing processes. Perform computer systems analysis and develop software systems to ensure compliance with ICRM Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. Develop applications and frameworks for multiple components requiring 24/7 availability with zero downtime. Development using Java, JSP, Servlets EJB, JPA, Java Swing, C++, C programming, J2EE, Oracle SQL, Procedural Language extensions to SQL and Oracle GoldenGate, Unix Shell scripting (ksh, sh, sed, awk, perl), Actimize Risk Case Manager, Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic JBOSS Application Servers. Use Hibernate, Spring Framework, Struts ½, Spring Boot Frameworks.  Big Data, Hadoop, Solix, WebSphere MQ, Web Services, UI Java Script, HTML 5, AngularJS, NodeJS, SOLR, Zookeeper, Restful/Restless and Services oriented architecture web services, XML, XSLT, JSON, Ab Initio, Talend. Reporting using Cognos, Jasper, Eclipse BIRT Report. Dockers, Windows, Solaris, Red Hat Linux 6/7. Use multi-threading design patterns, capacity and performance tuning and processes to develop high-availability, load balancing, and fault tolerant systems. Perform testing, implementation and installation of new functionality. Maintain documentation for functional solution, technical design, development, test cases, results, deployment, rollouts, software release notes. Perform code reviews, unit and integration testing, requirements traceability, disaster recovery testing, and enterprise standard development and maintenance activities. Investigate and resolve production issues in collaboration with infrastructure, production support and business teams. Resolve level 3 production issues and provide root cause analysis and fixes. Work with project managers, business and technical partners, and stakeholders to implement new and enhanced functionality using SDLC Waterfall, Agile and Iterative processes. Coordinate and support code quality reviews, application integrity validation, and implementation planning activities.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Technical Analyst, Consultant or related position involving Java development for Global Sanctions and Anti-Money-Laundering screening software. 6 years of experience must include: Java, JSP, Servlets EJB, JPA, Java Swing, C++, C programming; User Interface (UI) Java Script, HTML 5, Angular JS, Node JS; Spring, Spring Boot, Struts ½, Hibernate frameworks; Reporting using Cognos, Jasper, Eclipse BIRT Report; Restful/Restless, Services oriented architecture web service; Big Data, Hadoop, Solix; IBM MQ; Unix shell scripting ksh, sh, sed, awk, perl; JSON, XML, XSLT; Software project management activities; SDLC Waterfall, Agile and Iterative model; Oracle, SQL, Procedural Language extensions to SQL, database architecture and design, tuning, optimization, GoldenGate; Actimize Risk Case Manager Designer; WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat; Windows, Solaris, Red Hat Linux 6/7 operating system.
