Ajilon is partnering with a well-known Healthcare organization in Tampa, Florida to hire a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will make outbound calls in order to set Healthcare appointments for our client’s customers. Our client offers competitive pay, growth potential, and monthly bonuses! Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers in the database
• Educate customers on their current benefits
• Set appointments for Healthcare visits
• Use CRM to keep track of customer notes and appointments
• Provide excellent customer service while speaking with customers
We are looking for:
• 1+ years experience in an inbound or outbound call center, or Customer Service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Reliable with great attendance
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Bilingual preferred, but not required
Shift: M-F 8:30-5pm
Pay: $15/hr + monthly bonuses
Location: On-site for the first two weeks of training, then fully remote after that
