Job title: Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
Location: Tampa, 33607
Pay: $18-$21/hour DOE
Hours : M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Training hours : M-F, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM for about (2) to (4) weeks of training
Type : Contract to Hire

The majority of time spent in this role will be data entry from contracts.
Job duties:
• The incumbent maintains work schedules for, and dispatches, all field service personnel to ensure that customer commitments are met
• S/he receives service requests from both customers and internal employees, and continually adjusts schedules and resources to close out requests with successful resolution
• This person would start by doing a ton of "contract management" meaning they would in put data from contracts into their system
• Manage the schedule of Maintenance Techs
• Answer questions and speak with customers about scheduling Techs
• Work with Vendors to get parts at the request of the Techs
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements:
• (2)+ years of customer support experience with troubleshooting client issues
• MUST be interested in this role as a career opportunity long term
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
Preferences:
• Highly preferred HVAC experience.
• Construction or other blue collar industry experience preferred
• Citrix/Viewpoint experience

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting if assigned to any special projects with physical paper file maintenance.
