• Pull and dispose of meters for today. PPE Require Gloves. Glass covers to be separated from meter, re-boxed, palletized and disposed of separately. Palletize empty boxes for disposal in baler. After completed following can be done
• Gather all old meters from off load area and bring to the center of warehouse.
• Using the daily install spreadsheet get total number of meters installed from previous day. Using this sheet determine what techs are to be used for 10% retainage. Generally, the Meter One techs are easier to use. Try to use techs that have install numbers that work out to even boxes. It is ok to be over.
• Once the 10% boxes have been palletized stretch wrap, date and set aside.
• Once the 10% has been set aside, gather all remaining old meters and condense onto pallets and date. Place these meters in the holding area for that day and place the 10% at the front of the line.
• Prep front for return and next day pre-load
- Place (2) empty pallets at each bay #1 thru #5  and none at side and #6 bay doors.
- Set out new meters for pre-load by placing
- Place (6) pallets of new meters parallel to the cage side concrete wall
- Place (2) pallets of new meters at bay #3 -#4 and #5 leaving enough room to access old meter pallets
- Place (4) pallets of new meters parallel to the wall in bay #4, then place (4) pallets on the opposite side
- If needed place (2) pallets of new meters under the bay side office window.
- Check the insert pallets and if full replace with empty. Stretch wrap it and place next to concrete pilling baler.
- Check that there are 3 or 4 empty pallets at each return bay spot
- Remove stretch wrap from new meter pallets and put in trash dumpster
• Break glass if enough has accumulated. Use of PPE Required
• Clean Office and Bathrooms per schedule
