THIS JOB IS FULLY REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME WITHOUT THE WORRIES OF COVID-19
Seeking an individual who is open and willing to embrace the current training program that has proven to be successful for HMS clients. The individual MUST excel at outbound calling so that they can properly train Account Assistants to enjoy success!
Responsibilities
* Training consist of:
 Teaching Client information
 Software
 HMS Phone Techniques
 Successful training will produce confident Account Assistants who are comfortable making outbound calls that will result in secure qualified appointments for HMS Clients
Qualifications
• Inside Sales or Outbound Calling Experience is Required
• Working knowledge of Various CRM’s required
• Ability to be adaptive, fluid and a quick learner will be an advantage to utilizing and teaching the softwares
• Professionalism, communication skills, strong time management skills
• Independent, motivated, high integrity, results-oriented focus
• Proven track record of excellence and impeccable attention to detail
• Flexibility to work remotely
• Enthusiasm for learning
• Land line phone, High speed internet, 2 Monitors, Web cam and Head set
• You must have the ability to adapt to various learning styles and assess individuals so you can determine what additional support they may need
