Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative in Tampa, FL. This role is remote, however the successful candidate must reside in/near Tampa, FL, Orlando, FL, or Houston, TX in order to complete onboarding requirements. Responsibilities:
• Call Center - answering phones/data entry/information verification/next steps
• Fast paced, high volume, potentially emotionally charged environment (callers may be frustrated, emotional)
• Provide financial assistance to callers
• Temporary position; Longevity of position depends on call center demand
• Shifts will be between 8am and 8pm EST 5 days a week; Candidates must be flexible and open to working any schedule as schedules do change weekly; Agent's will begin taking calls on March 15th
• Experience in a call center or help desk environment
• Experience in using a ticketing system
• Strong customer service skills (call center, retail, hospitality industry, etc.)
• Clear verbal & written communication skills
• Must be proficient in use of computers, i.e., basic computer functions, including proficiency in Office 365
• Must have ability to work in an area free from distractions, with reliable highspeed internet
• Own internet connection of at least 50mbps (computers and headsets will be provided)
• Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Flexibility to work full-time hours & weekends - both will be required
• Must be commutable to the Tampa area
