Auto Body/Paint Tech
Self-motivated and attention to detail a must. Experience preferred but not required. We will train.
Essential Job Duties: Utilize air sanders, spray guns, sanding blocks to complete quality work. Use paint color matching technology. Prepare color tint to match paint color. Mix paint colors. Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines. Spray test panels for each vehicle to ensure color match. Prep work. Insure all paint operations are complete, all masking removed.  Disassemble and reassemble vehicle before/after work. Perform quality work control to avoid defects and do-overs. Perform repairs on auto body panels. Maintain clean, orderly and organized work area.
Skills/Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to walk, bend, push/pull, kneel, crouch, stoop, reach or crawl. Personable, friendly demeanor with customer service approach to internal and external customers. Able to communicate effectively. Must be at least 18 yrs old and have reliable transportation.
