Job Description Infosys – ENGNE – UI/UX Designer – US – (Tampa, FL)
As a UI/UX Designer, this position will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit UI/UX solutions for one or more projects; develop design of application UI and User Experience, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex UI flows, issue resolution and execution of wireframes. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. Qualifications
Basic
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation and negotiation skills
• 5+ years of Hands on experience in delivering solutions in UI/UX Technologies – Boot strap, LESS, SASS, CSS3, React, Angular JS
• Hands on experience in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Design (Graphic, Industrial), Interaction Design or equivalent work experience.
• Design-level understanding of Responsive Web Design and Mobile First.
• Create documentation describing common patterns, components, styles and design principles which will comprise our Design Systems.
• Mastery of design in user-centered interaction models, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups or prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Axure, etc for enterprise applications.
• Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
• Experience designing logos, icons and infographics
• Good understanding of UI Integration
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing and delivering interactive UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

• Experience and knowledge in web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android design guidelines)
• Knowledge and exposure to design thinking process.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
