The primary purpose of the Digital Channel Enablement (DCE) Lead is to collaborate with Commercial Marketing teams to support and develop integrated marketing plans which develop Digital both strategy and integrated plans that align to Pfizer's strategies and goals , with the ultimate goal of supporting sustainable, meaningful relationships with customers.
The DCE Lead will operationalise and direct the development and delivery of measurable digital platform services ensuring adherence to channel standards and compliance requirements. **Role Responsibilities:**
+ Act as single point of contact for global channel deployment and utilisation for ANZ commercial clients at all levels
+ Partner with BUs as the Account Manager for DCE services, including understanding commercial strategies and bring digital thought-leadership to co-create long-term digital strategies.
+ Support clients to define and validate requirements for DCE service and provide specialist advice in making best use of DCE channels to support those strategies and measuring impact
+ Facilitate ANZ channel strategy governance to optimise usage of core global channels, driving consistency, efficiency and compliance
+ Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective Omni-Channel Marketing programs
+ Align digital campaign plans cross BU to ensure alignment with pan-BU business rules and maximum operational efficiency and HCP experience; recommend and gain endorsement from BU's where conflicts/synergies arise
+ Share learnings from other country teams within Pfizer and external research and best practices with clients to enhance innovative multichannel marketing programs and strategies
+ Lead the awareness building and skills training for commercial colleagues across DCE capabilities
+ Develop and deploy measurement and reporting for DCE-supported activities - including ePermission reporting, channel usage and HCP engagement.
**Qualifications**
**Must Have**
+ Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent
+ Significant commercial experience, in marketing, sales and/or commercial operations roles
+ Proven experiences in Multi-Channel Marketing Planning, Execution and Measurement
+ Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure
+ Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal, influence and communications skills
+ Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility with senior stakeholders
+ Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
+ Facilitation and skills in conveying learning and best practice
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience in or exposure to commercial operations within a pharmaceutical and/or health services environment
