Position Description:
Ajilon in Tampa is working with a client to fill Customer Service roles in a call center setting. The person in this role will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls. A background with medical knowledge is a bonus but not a requirement. This is not a direct sales role but does have potential to earn monthly bonuses based on performance. We are currently seeking individuals that are available for a long-term contract and are able to work remote/from home without distraction.

Essential Functions:
• Handle approximately 200 calls per day.
• Educate customers about the service you are promoting
• Ability to deescalate situations
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of call center experience
• Prior scheduling experience is helpful
