HRIS Coordinator
Do you enjoy the analytical side of work? Ajilon is looking to fill a 100% remote HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Coordinator for a major non-profit organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the growth of the company through the upkeep of all crucial back-office data information. As the company grows, so does the potential for a more permanent position for the right candidate as this position is a temp to perm opportunity!
Responsibilities:
• Input, output, analyze and maintain all employee records on a daily basis to ensure the proper filing of complex department documents. This includes new hire paperwork, termination, payroll, etc.
• Ability to pull reports from the HRIS system to provide accurate and updated data for weekly meetings for high-level employees
• Work closely with the HRIS Analyst and respond daily to report requests and HRIS related questions
• Understanding of the procedures and importance of the HRIS system and ability to relay that information along to coworkers
• Adaptability is necessary, especially in the everchanging technology world which will require the participation in testing new reports and processes
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1-2 years working within Oracle Cloud HCM required
• A bachelor’s degree required
• Must communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Confidentiality is a must within this role
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
