Job Description Infosys is seeking Application Support Leads. This role requires hands on experience of maintaining business critical applications for a large US based client in close partnership and collaboration with Application Development, Infrastructure and Testing teams. Essential Job Duties include Troubleshooting, managing, and tracking Environment related issues and Test environment management.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 2 years of experience in JAVA/.NET Application Support
• Experience in Autosys
• Experience in Linux/ Unix Shell scripting and PL/SQL
• Experience in Incident, Request, Change and Problem management
• Experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/BMC Remedy/Samanage/Cherwell etc.)
• Experience in monitoring tools such as AppDynamics
Must be able to work in 24x7 support environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ITIL framework and basic project management
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Prior experience of supporting Oracle Flexcube and SWIFT messaging network
• Knowledge of Jira, CI-CD Tools, IBM MQ, Web / App layers, WebSphere, WebLogic, I.H.S, Apache Tomcat, Kubernetes
• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Able to mentor team members and build a high-performance work culture
• Collate relevant support metrics and present meaningful insights and reports to Client management
• Good Communication, Analytical, Planning and co-ordination skills
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
