Deloitte & Touche LLP seeks a Master Software Engineer in Tampa, FL.
Work You’ll Do
Master Software Engineer in regulatory & operational risk work directly with Scrum teams in Agile SDLC environment; understand clients’ requirements and create estimations; create project plans; monitor and provide technical support to teams; work on special projects as needed to support software development processes; and work with and manage distributed teams.

Requirements
• Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Finance, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
• Five years of experience providing business solutions using relational databases, including Oracle and MS SQL server.
• Experience must include five years of:
• Designing and building end-to-end workflow web platforms and web applications in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, and Hibernate technologies;
• Developing software applications using web technologies, including JQuery, Bootstrap, D3, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Architecting and building enterprise-level, compliance-automating solutions and designing architecture diagrams, including high-and low-level designs;
• Creating technical design documents and functional documents, including detailed screen wireframes;
• Coordinating with business teams to assess clients’ requirements and develop  IT products using Agile methodology;
• Creating and maintaining project plans and traceability matrices, identifying and managing risks, and providing status updates to management/stakeholders;
• Providing technical solutions for critical technical activities, conducting design reviews and code reviews/inspections in accordance with regulatory compliance programs, and performing regulation applicability assessments, gap assessments, regulation compliance inventory management, and remediation of technical solutions;
• Performing integration testing that encompasses all functionalities;
• Collaborating with multiple support teams and providing technical support for onsite and offshore teams; and
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
