To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Continuous Improvement Manager opportunity, you will have:
• A bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 7 to 10 years of engineering and/or process improvement experience.
• Experience leading and managing people.
• A strong commitment to plan, do, check, act (PDCA) methodology.
• The ability to develop process instructions and write reports.
• Project management skills.
