Full Job Description Administrative Assistant will handle routine and advanced duties, he/she will be responsible for providing support to the CEO and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including but not limited to organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices, communicating all liaison departments and offer general staff support.
He/She may serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors. He/She might engage in event planning and meeting setup and implementation make travel arrangements and generate itineraries.
Ideal Candidate must have the following qualities
1. Must have at least 2-5 years of prior experience of working as Administrative Assistant
2. Must have fully command on using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Must have strong communication and drafting skills.
4. Must have Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
5. Must have Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
6. Must able to communicate with staff, line departments (government officials) and provide in time reports to a manager.
