Full Job Description Executive Assistants Office Administrator/ Manager : Ensures an efficient and effectively run office capable of sustaining and contributing to the growth of the company.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience in office administration/assistance or relevant work history
Proficient in MS Office and general office management software
Experience with basic accounting principles
Basic data entry skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all office related operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
Execute (or oversee?) all accounting duties and responsibilities (how detailed?)
Ensure payroll, bills and receivables are completed on time and in compliance with terms
Prepare accurate budgets, reports and balance sheets for review.
Stay up to date on all state and local taxes and requirements and/or work closely with accountant.
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, customers, and employees as it relates to all responsibilities listed above .
Other Possible Responsibilities:
Carry out basic office responsibilities such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, handle inter office memos/schedules/meetings.
Prepare office files such as vendor, customer, or operations related files.
Track and purchase office supplies and oversee general maintenance of the office
Supervise administrative staff
