We are currently hiring for a Collection Specialist position within our great organization. This Collection Specialist will be given the skills needed for contacting consumers via telephone to inform, negotiate, and collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
-Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
-Self-motivation
-Strong work ethic
-Great customer service
-Strong desire to achieve individual, team and compliance goals
Qualifications for this position include:
-Computer, communication and math skills
-Must pass a drug test and pre-employment background screening
-Preferred: at least 1 year of collection experience
