Client Services Representative is needed for a high energy, performance focused company. The Client Services Representative will be tasked with providing broad administrative support to our clients and to our collections department.

DUTIES
Provide support to clients, handle account status changes, mail-handling, data processing, dispute processing, and bookkeeping/posting functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Proficient as a user of computer software (customer contact, document handling)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff on the phone and via email.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Must possess an excellent customer service attitude
• Proficient in Word, Outlook & Excel
• Excellent typing skills with accuracy and speed preferred
• Must pass a drug test and pre-employment background screening
