Full Job Description Our client, a statewide supplier of dairy goods throughout Florida, is seeking a Client Service Representative to make 100 (hundred) calls a day to existing customers for product shipment orders; 120 (hundred twenty) calls will be outbound and 50 (fifty calls) will be inbound customer calls on an average day. The customer order will be entered into database. Must be proficient speaking with businesses & accurate for data entry. This is a face paced production environment. Experience with Excel and Word is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answering inbound customer calls (20%)
-Make outbound customer calls (80%)
-Data entry of customer order (10 key pad)
-Phone etiquette
-Customer service skills
Qualifications:
-Computer literate (data entry, emailing)
-Proficient with 10 key pad
-Customer service skills
-Phone etiquette
-Experience with Excel and Word a plus
-Speaking Spanish is a plus
-Must be able to pass national criminal background check
-Must be able to pass drug screen
-Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Position: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour
Business hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM
30 minute unpaid lunch
Business attire: Business casual
