Coordinate with management, office, and field staff to ensure proper administration of marine activities such as retail and wholesale promotions, co-op, and advertising. Use experience and administrative skills to ensure timely flow and processing of division communications and documents related to co-op and advertising. Ability to work under minimal supervision while using experience and sound judgment to ensure the smooth operation of department functions.
Principal Tasks
Implement, administer and track monthly retail and wholesale sales promotions for dealers and customers. Process Rebates and sales incentives, coordinate SEP contracts to ensure prompt payments. Assist Suzuki Extended Protection and customer service with information on sold or promotional contracts. Assist DSM’s and dealers with customer warranty registration and changes.
Coordinate the implementation of the Marine co-op advertising program. Interface directly with the Advertising Checking Bureau (ACB), coordinate dealer group ads with District Sales Managers which includes verifying ad and dealer information, submitting co-op claims to ACB, payment of magazine invoices, debiting dealer's parts account and reviewing ACB weekly and monthly reports. Submit dealer updates to ACB. Receive dealer on line co-op transfers and process the transfer in the AS400.
Prepare monthly dealer network activity and state reports for management. Prepare and process check requests, wire transfers and credits to dealers, vendors and associations. Download monthly Suzuki Connect charge list and credit qualified new dealers as related to new dealer program. Upload dealer bulletins in Suzuki Connect. Email dealer bulletins to dealers and staff as needed. Key User for the Supply Chain. Train personnel as needed. Provide team member support.
Prepare and process District Sales Manager new dealer setup, wholesale, retail and market share incentives. Prepare action projects, sales bulletins and goal sheets as needed.
Work directly with executive management and staff as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years office administration support (sales and marketing related).
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Must be able to coordinate and supervise multiple projects at one time.
Display flexibility to switch projects to accomplish critical deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
