Full Job Description We are seeking an outgoing, sales and service-minded professional to help efficiently run and grow our business. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented team player with the desire to create a 5-star experience for guests.
Ideal candidate will be able to schedule and checkout clients, sell monthly memberships, skincare treatment packages, manage social media page and high-ticket items such as clinical skincare.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greets clients upon arrival, checks them in, and has client sign consent forms
• Coordinates client treatment bookings efficiently to maximize schedule time
• Answers phone calls, emails and social media inquiries and responds asap
• Computer proficient (experience with Mac a plus) and able to use Square to check clients in/out, pre-book appointments, make product sales
• Answer questions from clients regarding spa services, skincare, memberships/packages
• Advises management of any last minute openings in the schedule and try to fill the openings by posting on social media. Report to management any spots you filled.
• Create marketing emails to keep clients abreast of new promotions and items
• Admin for social media accounts and post regularly to timeline and stories
• This is a base plus commission-based position and bonuses will be paid based on number of memberships and packages sold.
• Pre-book clients for their next appointment upon checkout
• Advise clients of benefits of pre-booking their appts (discount, stay on schedule, get their favorite day/time, don’t have to worry about forgetting to reschedule)
• Maintain the cleanliness of spa including the front reception area, hallways, bathroom and break room. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe environment for both employees and guests and set high standards for keeping our space glistening!
• Place office supply orders as needed and keep track of inventory
• Open packages and organize for management
• Water plants weekly
• Empty trash and recycling at end of every shift
• Vacuum and Swiffer floors at end of every shift
• Make sure everything is restocked (beverages/snacks, paper towels/toilet paper/soap, mints

Qualifications:
- Customer Service/Hospitality Experience- Minimum 1 year (required)
- Receptionist- 1 year minimum (required)
- High school diploma (required)
- Computer Proficiency- experience with spreadsheets, word docs, social media platforms. Mac experience preferred.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
