Job Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years Customer Service AND/OR Technical Support experience is ideal
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and willingness to learn through on the job training
• Apply understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist customers on cellular phone technical matters
• Troubleshoot, research, isolate and resolve information system problems using internal knowledge base and tools
• Recognize customer’s problems that should be escalated to the next level for resolution following established protocols
• Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows and PC hardware
• Ability to multitask between systems and use various applications consecutively with proficient typing skills
• Analytical thinker with technical aptitude
• Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and listening skills
• Exhibits a strong work ethic, must meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism with extreme sensitivity to customer satisfaction
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the Team Lead
