Full Job Description We are looking for energetic, customer service oriented, motivated, competitive, representatives who enjoy the challenge of obtaining a monthly goal in order to reach commission. In this position, you would be contacting consumers by telephone to collect charged off credit card debt. You must have excellent negotiating skills, be well spoken, skip tracing is a plus, previous sales experience would be an asset. We are collecting for a national bank with extremely liquid paper. You will be paid $14 an hour, plus commission, once you reach your goal. You will receive 25% of everything you collect above your goal. If you can collect, you won't find better paper to collect on than ours! We are located in very close proximity to Waters and Dale Mabry. We have two shifts, all of which are available.
1st shift 8am-5pm three days of the week, the other two days of the week are 11am-8pm. You may choose your two late nights.
2nd shift 11am-8pm Monday-Friday
We are a drug free workplace. We perform both a drug test and background check prior to being considered for this position.
