Our mortgage business has existing relationships with high producing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Our loan officers originate those partner’s clients' purchase and refinance loans. We are unique in that our loan officers are not required to create a new business or bring relationships, rather they just need to deliver WOW customer service and help us consistently improve borrowers’ experiences.
Compensation includes 100% of employee's medical, dental and vision paid.
Compensation: $60,000 salary + commission
Responsibilities: • Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other related industry professionals
• Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make one of the most important decisions of their financial life
Qualifications: • Some college (Bachelor’s) is preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Exceptional communications, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary
• Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is beneficial, but not require
• Understand a variety of loan types
• Several years of experience in mortgage origination, or lending required
• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License
• Provide exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and excellent decision-making ability
• Prefer experience successfully working and communicating with real estate agents
• Licensed Florida MLO
• The ability to work independently and problem solve is essential
• Must be able to manage 25-30 leads a month and close 8-12 transactions
