We heard you knock! Responsibilities:
• Drives the visual merchandising strategy including displays, fixtures, point of purchase materials, and product packaging.
• Utilizes consumer and trade research to support new and innovative approaches to attract, engage and educate strategic value target (SVT) audiences within Retail and Wholesale distribution channels.
• Facilitates the development and execution of creative merchandising and messaging strategies within the Retail and Wholesale channel.
• Works with Marketing Operations team to develop merchandising implementation plan, establish timelines and meet with sales teams to communicate merchandising strategy.
• Leverages new product launches to implement new merchandising, POP, and packaging strategies to engage SVT audiences.
• Collaborate and be key contact with 3rd party agency to implement programs.
• Coordinate and communicate to a dealer target list on a consistent basis.
• Maintain Masonite brand/voice in all communication pieces and support materials.
• Attend customer events and key meetings with sales as needed.
• Ability to develop customer presentations and present in front of small and large groups of people, including executives, as necessary
• Work with Sales teams to develop sales promotions and incentives that help to drive growth with key accounts
• Be an active participant on the Marketing team, contributing cross-business perspectives, ideas, and learnings.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• 3-5 years marketing experience.
• Strong project management and multi-channel busines-to-business experience.
• Proven track record of analyzing data and market research then putting into meaningful customer solutions.
• Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, clearly communicating to cross-functional teams, deriving budgets and succesfully bringing initiatives to life in a changing business environment.
• Outstanding written, interpersonal communication skills and professional approach in business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is required.
