Is your role coming to an end or looking for a new role in general? An enterprise client based in the Southeast US is looking for a senior level Software Engineer to join their team 100% remotely with no travel. This position is a true contract to hire and looking to interview as early as this week. The client is looking for motivated individuals with strong Java experience to work fully remote. While the focus of this role is Java, it would be beneficial to have a full stack development background.
Preferred Experience:
• A minimum of 5+ years with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and REST
• Demonstrated experience with Microservices architecture and workflows
• Experience in cloud technologies (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Azure, Etc)
• DevOps knowledge and hands on work with Docker and/or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Python, Jenkins, Artifactory, GitHub/GitFlow
• Experience with various operating systems (Window, UNIX) and databases (Oracle, Mongo DB)
• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP would be a plus)
