The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting product planning and marketing, including assisting in gathering product and customer requirements, supporting defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
• Helping to establish and communicate the product vision and the outcomes the team is driving to help achieve the vision to stakeholders;
• Leading the effort to ideate, analyze, prioritize, and test opportunities to drive product outcomes in the assigned area;
• Conducting user research interviews in order to understand user goals, uncover painpoints, and synthesize the feedback to help prioritize the product roadmap;
• Using data to identify and analyze potential opportunities to drive outcomes;
• Leading the testing and experimentation necessary to validate or invalidate potential roadmap features;
• Collaborating closely with UX design and engineering team members to bring new products and features to market;
• Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product changes;
• Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products; and,
• Providing source data for product line communications by collaborating with product marketing and understanding their communication objectives.
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client and business needs including:
• Understanding underlying client business problems;
• Developing and sustaining client relationships, preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials;
• Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection;
• Utilizing effectively written and verbal business communication skills within a professional business services environment, including interacting with clients and firm staff and/or management;
• Communicating well with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Possessing teamwork and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority;

• Possessing the ability to operate within agile scrum framework;
