Job Title: Recruiter Assistant
Purpose
To provide support to the J&J University Recruiting Team.
The Professional Recruiter Assistant will work as part of the KellyOCG Team in providing administrative support for all J&J recruiting services. Benefits included.
Pay rate: $26/hr.
Monday through Friday: 8:00-5:00 PM
• Responsibilities .
• Administrative support to Diversity Leadership team (Diversity Sr. Manager & Manager) for Assistance with maintenance of calendar and appointments
• Support monthly metrics reporting for J&J Managers
• Extract, analyze, and present relevant data from various trackers – track conference ROI
• Compile presentations on current state practices, future state practices, and comparison of programs
• Partner with Recruiting organization and coordinators to ensure project needs are being met, and timely communication
• Submit & track TA Purchase Orders
Partner with TA Vendor Management & Finance to manage external agency process
• Provides support with preparing for conferences and events including inventory & tracking and external vendor partnerships
• Registers for conferences and career fairs; serves as Point of Contact to associations
• Works with external vendors to order and track inventory of materials, products and giveaways
• Coordinate and schedule internal interviews, as needed
• Provide standard or ad hoc management reporting as requested
• Partner with TA Management to provide subject matter guidance and support on purchasing process and Ariba
• Case / ORW management
• Creating ORW / cases
• Manage questions regarding cases from Manila
• Resume bundles – confirming candidates applied
• Dispositioning candidates in Taleo – Sending Rejection Letters
• Submit YELLO material orders
• Obtain J&J Interviewer Availability for ADP so ADP can schedule interviews
• Participate in RSM kick-off calls with recruiters to understand business needs
• Partner with recruiters to understand target resume profile for posting
• Support conferences, off-site events led by Diversity Engagement & Delivery Team as needed
• Out of office support
• Special Projects as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office package including Excel
• Experience in scheduling and planning
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and require minimal supervision
• Attention to detail with great organizational skills
• Experience of Recruitment Technology (Taleo) is preferred
• Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, oral and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet simultaneous deadlines, and remain flexible
• Ability to analyze and report data
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office package including Excel
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired
