Project Description:
• Assist Account Executives from the Sales organization in completing new contracts as well as assisting Customer Success team members in making modifications, changes, and amendments to existing contracts.
• Analyze and manage a wide variety of commercial contracts including master services agreements, statements of work, software license agreements, professional services agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contract agreements, providing interpretation, guidance and risk assessment for RFPs and service contracts.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor ' s Degree in Business (or related field) required with 5+ years of experience.
• Law Degree or Advanced Paralegal Certification required.
This 2+ month position starts ASAP.
