Maintenance Manager – Heavy Metal Industry – Electrical
Salary $100,000 - $120,000 + Benefits & Relocation Package to the USA Mid-South

World Class Manufacturer is searching for a Maintenance Manager for one of their state-of-the-art facilities.  This is a high volume, very automated facility.  The role will handle all electrical side of maintenance.  This is your opportunity to work with one of the leading corporations in America.  Company offers excellent benefit programs, as well as plenty of room for future growth. To be considered, you’ll need experience in heavy metal industry (Steel, Aluminum, etc.). Must have a Bachelors’ degree.  At least 5 years of experience in Maintenance on the electrical side.  You’ll need a hands-on approach and experience in a World Class Manufacturing or Lean Manufacturing environment.  These responsibilities require that you have electrical controls maintenance experience, PLC programming, deal with the equipment for manufacturing and the facility. You’ll be responsible for all maintenance personnel: electricians and mechanics.  Would really like someone that has experience with developing a proactive maintenance program from a reactive environment.
The facility is in the Mid-south on the outskirts of a metro area so access to airport, colleges & other metro amenities.  Excellent area to raise a family.
Requirements for Maintenance Manager:
• At least 5 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience, heavy electrical maintenance
• BS degree
• PLC programming experience
• Experience with a Preventative Maintenance Program is a must
• Someone that will be ready to step into a larger role within a few years.
