Growing Translation & Health care Transportation company seeking Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to join the Service Coordination Team! Position offers a Monday through Friday schedule (12PM - 9PM), medical, dental & vision insurance, 401K, paid time off and more!

Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers by phone, email or text message
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Spanish and English languages while providing translation services to two parties
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to clients and provide answers to clients questions
• Assist with administrative duties regarding client’s needs
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:
• Previous Customer Service Experience Required
• Must be fully fluent in English & Spanish
• Competent in communicating through email, telephone and text
• Ability to stay confident in high stress/high activity
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
