Full Job Description Affordable Lock and Security Solutions , a leader in the locksmith and security industry since 1970, is hiring a Billing Coordinator to join our growing team. With 7 stores throughout North and West-Central Florida, Affordable Lock and Security Solutions is looking for the right person to help us serve our customers as we grow. The right candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Importing invoices from Service Technicians and verifying that the correct pricing is entered, and documentation is attached
- Conveying invoices to customers and following up with questions about invoices
- Communicating with customers about unpaid invoices as well as calling customers to collect unpaid balances and tendering payments
- Reviewing purchase orders and reconciling them against invoices to verify accuracy in billing
- Fostering and maintaining customer relationships through excellent customer service
Required Skills:
- Experience in billing
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Office skills including email, data entry, and answering phones
- Ability to learn our billing software
