Summary/Objective
This role serves as a processor and auditor of inventory payable invoices to ensure invoices match to purchase orders and packing slips prior to posting to system. Individual will assist with other duties as needed and be willing to learn new duties
Essential Functions

• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow up on outstanding issues with appropriate personnel.
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to posting.
• Assists chief financial officer and accounting personnel as necessary.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Performs filing and copying.
• Performs billing of installs weekly.
• The ability to work and communicate with other departments effectively.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel
>5% for company functions such as meetings.
Required Education and Experience
• High school diploma.
• One to three years’ previous experience preferred.
Preferred Education and Experience
• Associate degree in accounting.
