Full Job Description Customer service is EVERYTHING to us and must be to the candidate in this role. The ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment are the most important parts of this position. Here is a little more about the position:
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. There is also a Tuesday-Saturday schedule available 8am-5pm
• Students are welcome to apply as a couple of the positions are temporary through the Summer only
• Welcoming customers to the company
• Retaining customers and resolving concerns
• Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving customer care concerns
• Maintaining and scheduling routes and notifying customers of upcoming services
• Aiding in data entry and office organization
• Resolving credit card disputes
• Reaching out on collecting accounts with past due balance
• Excellent organizational skills are a must!
Requirements
• Office experience (even if it's a little) is great, but we will train the right candidate
• A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires. No felonies or misdemeanors.
