Job Duties:
• Processes and manages daily mail, faxes and e-mails relating to gap claims documents in an inbound call center environment.
• Answers 40 to 50 customer services calls per day. Receives and processes claims faxes.
• Runs NADA, cancels contracts with claims.
• Creates and mails claim update letters and denial letters. Mails claim payments.
• Provides customer service to external customers via phone and e-mail as well as internal customers. Calculates claim benefits.
• Perform claim audits.
• Assists with special projects as directed by supervisor or other management. Performs other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
• (1) year of experience with auto claims preferred
• Call center inbound/outbound experience and/or professional office administration
• Strong computer and typing skills- Excel- Outlook and Word
• Background check required
