Job duties:
-Manages branch invoice email inboxes and uploads invoices into database as needed -Review/Enters invoices into system on a daily basis while verifying pertinent information related to assigned purchase orders and proger general ledger coding. -Reconciles vendor statements to open payable reports monthly -Escalates information regarding past due invoices when required -Creates, reviews and issues purchase orders on an as needed basis
Requirements:
• Must Have 4 Plus years of Accounts Payable Most recent- within the last year
• Someone with strong Admin skills would be a great fit.
• Someone with general accounting experience is preferred.
