The Technical Virtual Meetings Coordinato r provides content and technical support for remote and in-person meetings. This position will be the technical host for all virtual meetings at Chadwell Supply, with duties ranging from setting up the remote meeting software to producing digital meeting content and assisting remote users to participate effectively in such meetings from remote locations.
This is NOT an event planning position, it is technical.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Support logistics and delivery of real-time and on-demand virtual meetings (including webcasts, webinars and other pre-recorded presentations).
• Attend and provide live attendee management support for these web conference events
• Setup, monitor, train, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with web conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Shoot and edit video and audio content for virtual meetings using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products
• Start and stop the meeting software, enable meeting attendees to speak when asked, assist with ‘hand raises’, monitor meeting chats, and schedule virtual meetings.
• Train employees how to properly use the Microsoft Teams platform so that they can host ad-hoc meetings themselves
• Provide content, technical support, and coordination for in person meetings at our Corporate Office and Corporate Training Center
• Provide post meeting reporting and event recaps as needed, including editing post meeting video for archival purposes
• As part of the IT support team, be able to answer basic computing questions as needed.
• Identify resources and needs to improve the virtual meeting experience.
• Some flexibility required as meetings may be held on early mornings, evenings, or other times.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Pass all pre-employment, background check and drug testing.
• Have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, managers and coworkers.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, Audio / Video Hardware, Cameras, and Mobile Devices
Education Requirements
• Be fluent in reading, writing, understanding and communicating in English.
• Exceptional computer literacy and experience are required for this position.
• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or specified education such as an AS, BA, etc.
