Full Job Description Title: Call Center Representative
Address: Tampa, FL 33634
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
- Train two weeks in office, work in the office for time being can WFH after
- Customer Service/Call center environment type of role.
- Call center for dental, taking provider calls but after the first new year taking patient calls
- Member eligibility or why claims were granted or denied
Must have
- 2 years of Call center and healthcare experience
- HS Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish
