Full Job Description Part of an energetic team that meets, greets and delights customers upon check-in and check-out. This vital role establishes a powerful impression with our guests based on how they are greeted and treated. The technical aspects of this position include but are not limited to:
•
Answer and direct all incoming calls, booking appointments for lodging, day care and grooming clients, answering questions related to price of services, directions to facility, hours of operation, etc., return calls to clients for various follow-up procedures.
• Update vaccination records and entering boarding contract information into client management system
• Interact directly with clients upon check-in and capturing vital information necessary to ensure a safe, successful stay at New Tampa Pet Resort; similarly processing all charges upon check-out and verifying accuracy and completeness of invoices
• Follow daily task list for opening/closing procedures
• Verify accuracy and completeness of information on printed run cards
• Perform variety of administrative tasks including printing, filing, receiving inventory and incoming mail job Requirements
• Needs to be reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible, energetic and be service-oriented
• Proficient computer skills and friendly voice
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
• Interact easily with people and pets
Education Required:
High School diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
Knowledge of retail sales helpful, prior experience preferred but will train right individual.
Basic knowledge of dog and cat behavior/a love for animals.
