A large, reputable financial services firm is seeking outstanding Customer Service Specialists for a temporary to full time opportunity.
In this role, you would manage a large volume of inbound calls ensuring the clients are satisfied with the products and services. Successful candidates will apply organization, critical thinking, empathy, and efficient navigation through multiple programs to provide world class customer service.

Previous Call Center experience
