You Are: A skilled utility industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Customer Experience in the new digital world. You have experience designing and implementing digital transformation in a functional and/or technical capacity with CRM / Customer Care focus on business process improvement and/or supporting technical solutions (e.g. in the contact center, back office and strategic departments of a retail utility). You identify, target, and organize for intelligent customer and retail growth with new connected energy experiences. In fact, every day you are looking for opportunities to challenge the status quo and you are not satisfied with step change. You are a relentless storyteller, inspiring teams with your vision and new way of thinking. You have a proven track record of assembling diverse, high performing teams that harness people's strength and deliver radical insight. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation and you are ready to partner at client sites.
The Work:
+ Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes
+ Bring thought leadership on most critical issues Utilities face today, and in the future
+ Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients
+ Be a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture analysts and consultants
+ Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally
+ Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line; for business and IT
+ Integrate business data to discover new insight and enable evidence-based business decisions
+ Earn air miles and hotel points with weekly travel to client sites for recharging on epic personal adventures
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service / Customer Transformation project delivery
+ Minimum 2 years of expereince with CIS functional transformation (CRM, SAP ISU)
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical advisory or consulting role
+ Ability to travel to client location, weekly, typically Monday through Thursday. Note due to rectrictions for travel during pandemic, working virtual is required until furhter notice
+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent

+ You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
+ Youve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property
