Full Job Description Venue Industries is looking for a reliable and detail oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. Applicant will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the Project Mangers and Accounting Manger have adequate support. The tasks of the office administrator will include purchasing, logistics, warranty claims and some bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess the ability to work with little supervision. The office administrator will contribute to smooth running internal process and assist in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Manage the purchasing of fabric & the tracking of fabric in the ERP system
• Manage the purchasing of raw material and component & tracking in the ERP system
• Review project details for information related to shipping
• Create packing lists & verify shipping info (location, contact, ship dates, shipping type)
• Schedule shipments according to project details
• Review new warranty request & manage open warranties
• Manage shipping of packages
• Support bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is required
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
