This is a fully remote role where you will work from your home computer while conducting these tasks.

Sales Center / Call Center Concierge
You will be responsible to be the liaison between SPB Hospitality restaurants and our Guests. The successful candidate will be able to accept incoming calls on their own laptop and assist guests with their needs including taking ToGo and catering orders as well as connecting our Group Sales team to leads.
The Call Center Concierge reports directly to the Sales Center Manager. This is an hourly, non-commissioned position. It may or may not coincide with an additional job classification of server or host.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication "scripts"
• Seize opportunities to upsell products
• Engage Guests by going the extra mile, always thanking them for their business
• Assist with administrative duties for Group Sales team
• Able to successfully execute cold calls for sales leads, converting to sales
Call Center Knowledge, Skills and Responsibilities:
• Superior at maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain a professional manner under stress.
• Mature, with good judgment, detailed oriented, friendly and responsible.
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs quickly and effectively.
• Ability to multi-task, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be punctual, well-prepared and professional.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must possess great problem solving skills.
• Proficient with using online applications for order placing.
Minimum Requirements:
• Laptop and reliable working internet
• Access to a device with a microphone to receive and make outbound calls through the (VOIP) - voice over internet connection
• Quiet workspace
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
• Excellent organization skills needed
• Very flexible and self-motivated with ability to stay focused and meet goals, while working independently
• Candidate must be able to read, speak, and write in English
Education & Experience:
• High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Restaurant experience preferred.
