Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier Electrical and Mechanical industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Controller in the Tampa, Florida area.
Controller Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Controller in the Tampa, FL is between $50,000 and $70,000 depending on experience and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Controller Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, job cost accounting, payroll and cashflow management
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Work in progress reporting
• Monthly financial statements
Controller Qualifications
• 2 years minimum experience
• College degree in engineering, business administration or finance
• Financial experience with a contractor
• Contracts and compliance, expert knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions
• Individuals that value and enjoy problem solving, entrepreneurship, solutions and process improvement
