Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Job Duties:
Create a professional first impression for all telephone and electronic inquiries
Conduct telephone interviews
Conduct searches and make contact with employers for possible assignments
Schedule appointments and complete interviews
Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication
Perform other related office duties and sales duties
Job Requirements:
Ability to pass a data entry assessment for speed and accuracy
Ability to pass an assessment for Microsoft Word
Must possess the ability to type and have a conversation at the same time
Strong phone, writing and interpersonal skills are essential
2 years minimum office experience, would prefer some human relations experience
Must be able to work effectively under stress and have a sense of urgency
High School Diploma (minimum) and some higher education preferred, but not required
Pay: BOE
