Highlights:
As the Billing Assurance Coordinator II, you ensure billing accuracy by providing shared services support for Enterprise and national small-to-medium business clients with multiple sites and complex services. You improve the client experience and operations processes by providing billing reconciliation, billing adjustments and billing and service corrections. You excel at providing billing support services using platforms such as ICOMS or CSG.
You focus on daily billing support processes, including master service agreements (MSA) to billing account validation, reconciliation and case resolution. You collaborate with teams across the company to process client billing updates, service corrections, work order activity, Salesforce client record adjustments and process improvements. You flourish in an office environment interacting with accounts across the Spectrum Enterprise footprint. You report directly to the Manager of Billing Assurance for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
• Encourage company-wide success through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
• Ensure billing accuracy by performing complex audits and reconciliation of Enterprise and national small-to-medium client’s service agreements in Salesforce and billers.
• Interact with teams across the organization to process client billing account updates, service corrections, work order activity, Salesforce client record adjustments and process improvements.
• Implement appropriate billing tools to disposition records with applicable resolutions and statutes.
• Improve the client experience by reviewing and assisting in resolving billing issues and complex cases with minimal supervision.
• Execute billing functions to ensure the overall accuracy of client accounts.
• Enhance team efficiency and audits by assisting in the creation of accurate reporting.
• Lead process improvement efforts by identifying gaps in the biller and codes setting issues while working with leadership toward resolutions.
• Mitigate future risks by investigating and performing complex root cause analyses.
• Address open work order activity and take the appropriate action based on research in various systems to determine the intended outcome.
• Follow company policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure success.
• Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
• Three or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with commercial billing.
• Hands-on experience with ICOMS, CSG, TMS and Salesforce.
• Familiar with Granite, Scope and Ascertain systems.
• History of working with MSA audits and validations and account billing services.
• Previous experience with invoicing and billing accounts.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up
• Sound management and organizational skills.
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills that can resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated team player that is adaptable within a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline drive environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
• Three or more years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Your education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (preferred).
