Responsibilities
• Contact insureds regarding completed applications and return them if necessary
• Enter receipt of applications into the database
• Open, sort, date stamp and distribute incoming mail
• Collect and process outgoing mail
• Sort and file permanent files, correspondence and registry forms
• Process annual mileage forms, operator exclusions forms and public transit discounts
• Shred documents and maintain receptacle
• Replenish paper in printers, copiers and fax machines
Qualifications
• Some knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
