SolomonEdwards is seeking a client advocate for a Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist role in Tampa, FL .

Role Overview
The Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist will be on the front line of customer interaction regarding mortgage applications, demonstrating creative thinking abilities to develop effective solutions. The Mortgage Customer Experience Specialist will execute efficient processes to achieve organizational goals and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Some background in financial services, banking, or mortgage preferred.
• Talented communicator and excellent problem solver – enjoys and excels in a customer service role and can relay information to customers via phone and other communication mediums in an articulate and professional manner.
• Great team player – enthusiastic about collaborating with colleagues and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other mainstream software.
