We are conducting a search for a motivated accounting leader for this high growth organization. This Controller will oversee the company’s accounting and reporting functions, reporting directly to the CFO.
Controller Benefits and Compensation :

Controller Job Duties:
• Oversee general accounting and month end close
• Prepare financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Lead annual external audit
• Prepare ad hoc reports
• Special projects
Controller Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with preference for mix of public accounting and industry
• Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
• Superb communications skills required
