Uown is a Financial Services Company that supports online and brick and mortar retailers.  In support of our retailers we have various Team Members that work every day of the week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs
• Resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations
• Provide appropriate solutions through relationship building
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES
• Professional phone etiquette
• Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal customers
• Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
• Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
• Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
• Critical thinker and ability to exercise independent judgment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 years of collections experience (preferably medical setting)
• Knowledge of specialty finance and collections procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft offic e
